    IREM Solutions appraisers are highly trained and experienced professionals who are experts in both estimating market values, and reporting their value conclusions using the appropriate forms or narrative formats. 


    We carefully monitor, evaluate and adjust our processes, our staffing, and, most importantly the appraisers we choose, with the goal of both maximizing the quality of our product, and the efficiency of its delivery. 


    IREM Solutions is committed to providing the highest quality residential valuation services possible. Every appraisal we deliver passes through a checkpoint system which confirms completeness and other basic quality control issues. 


    In addition to working diligently to deliver high quality appraisal reports as quickly as possible, IREM Solutions has dedicated an experienced portion of its staff to handling the inevitable lender stipulations, conditions, and questions that follow the initial delivery of the appraisal report.

  • BENEFITS
    • All appraisals completed through IREM Solutions are uploaded to the UCDP portal in the proper XML format on the Lenders behalf. We also provide the Lender all of the UCDP documents needed to close th e loan via our secured website.
    • IREM adheres to and is in compliance with the Dodd-Frank Act Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010 and the Federal Reserve Interim Final Rule, section 129E of the Truth in Lending Act. The FED’s published an interim final rule amending Regulation Z (Truth in lending). The interim rule implements Section 129E of the TILA. Section 1472 of the Dodd-Frank establishes new requirements for appraisal independence for consumer credit transactions secured by a principal dwelling. All actions surrounding IREM, appraisal order, status check and delivery process is 100% compliant with these regulations.
    • IREM Solutions offers the Lender the ability to establish a pre-approved bank rotation of appraisers to assure we are using appraisers with the local knowledge needed to complete a given assignment.
    • IREM Solutions is one of the only AMC’s that currently separates appraisal management and appraisal fees. The Appraisal Institute continues to represent the interests of its members in ongoing rulemakings resulting from the Dodd-Frank Act, including the separation of appraisal and appraisal management fees in order to provide transparency to consumers. The Appraisal Institute believes that appraisal management is different than appraisal services and will continue to advocate for clear separation of fees on the new form.
